trying to play the real estate game.

so recently i've been looking and looking for a place to buy. but with the price sky-rocketing, and the mortgage rate to go up, is this the time for me to buy? it's like trying to work through a maze with no end in sight and no hope of understanding any of it.

i haven't taken pictures recently of anything that i have been doing or buying. but i'll describe it here for now. first up was the adidasXclot star wars hoth shoes. another was getting my body kit repainted and put on.
